The organization comprises 61 prestigious brands and institutions spanning diverse sectors, including design and furniture, fashion, gastronomy, health and wellness, hospitality, jewelry, leather goods, perfumes, wines, spirits, and craftsmanship.

The association is governed by a General Assembly, which includes all members and serves as its primary decision-making body, alongside a Board responsible for executing strategic initiatives.
