Born in 1962, Vladislav (Vlad) Doronin is an international investor and real estate developer with over 30 years of experience in luxury residential, commercial, and hospitality properties. As chairman and CEO of OKO Group, the real estate development company he founded in 2015, he has led major projects across the United States, including Miami’s 830 Brickell, Missoni Baia, and Una Residences.
As owner, chairman, and CEO of Aman Group, Doronin has expanded the ultra-luxury hospitality brand, increasing its valuation to $3 billion in 2022. He introduced Aman’s signature refinement to urban settings, most notably with Aman New York in the iconic Crown Building. He also launched Janu, Aman’s sibling brand, designed to offer a refined yet more accessible experience, with its debut hotel opening in Tokyo in March 2024.
