Brunello Cucinelli has opened a new flagship store on Rue Saint-Honoré in Paris, a 2,800 square metre building spread across seven floors. The Italian house designed the space to resemble a private residence, using travertine marble, geometric Parisian floorboards, light oak, buttery velvet and copper details alongside French boiseries. The store also includes private rooms dedicated to fittings and bespoke consultations.
A column of glass and metal runs through the centre of the building, carrying soft light up through all seven floors. The store carries womenswear, menswear, childrenswear, accessories, home pieces and travel goods, alongside a bar, showrooms and the brand's Parisian offices. The flagship's 2,800 square metres let guests explore womenswear, menswear, childrenswear, accessories, home and travel pieces.
What the building holds beyond retail
Private rooms are set aside for fittings and bespoke consultations, and for what the house describes simply as a break from the city outside.
